We don't seem to use the construct (although I just realized that the
regular expressions I used to look missed a possible case).  So if I had had
time to check out RC1, I likely would not have seen the problem.

We have a few things more pressing than going to 4.61; I'll probably install
the patch which fixes ! Acl when we do.

Once more, Philip, thank you for Exim (whose every release has far more good
things than annoyances).
