without. Perhaps another dependent library pulled in libutil?

if i build exim from the ports without option it compiles.
but when i enable the mysql-option then it throws the compilation error.
don't know about other options.

Just did a build of exim-postgresql (4.61) from FreeBSD
4.11_STABLE ports tree on FreeSBD 4.11_STABLE.
No errors.
Might the problem be MySQL-specific, then?
