[exim] Verify sender vs. Verify sender_headers

Just noticed the verify sender_headers command. I have been using verify 
sender but this verify sender_headers looks a lot more powerful. Any 
reason why I shouldn't switch over to it or is there a better way to use it?

Also - on verify sender = why is the mailfrom= option not available?
