Deleting delivered mail but not sending bounces for the ones you delete
unseen is a violation of RFCs. Sending bounces for mail three months old
is a questionable thing to do.

Better set up mailbox quotas, and just consider rejecting incoming mail
as a sane way to 'delete' it.

Why do you want to encourage users to be lazy in checking their mail and
at the same time continue to receive the SPAM for them?

You need to set up quotas anyway: What would you do when no space is
left for mail though all SPAM has been deleted, but new mail keeps
coming in?
