Past performance is no guarantee. There's nothing to stop all of those 
servers being compromised tomorrow.

However, you could borrow an idea from quality engineering, and test random 
samples. If you get no spam from a particular source for a given period of 
time, you reduce the sample rate. When you get hit with spam, increase the 
sample rate - probably to every email.
