Likely to be rather rare, posible exception of sendmail/postfix 
users trying to salvage old work when converting to Exim.

sendmail & postfix are near-as-dammit 'pure' MTA animals.
Clever configs aside, they NEED a tool like procmail to do much 
else, likewise courier-MTA with maildrop.

While you can use procmail with Exim, there is generally no 
need, as Exim has extensive 'beyond just MTA' filtering and mail 
handling already in its toolset.

If you can do so, migrating to the Exim tools rather than 
carrying procmail on your back can make your overall 
installation simpler and easier to keep up with.
