I've tried it as well (under exim).. and well..
I warned in Exim to see what it found (and I put it after the other RBL's
and alot of other antispam stuff which I use which has had very few
complaints) and after a few thousand emails the blocklist found 26 ip
addresses with 7 of them non-spam.
So I personally don't see the point of it.. its not very accurate if 1/4 of
the hosts it found (for me) where valid. Maybe all my anti-spam stuff before
I try yours does a much bette rjob than other people
