Hi !!
From my point of view, rather than another blacklist what
could be interesting is:
- a whitelist that could be used to know good email sources
and the main purpose of this list could be to avoid testing
hosts listed here with any blacklist, so good email sources
temporay being included in blacklists will no have problems.
- a list with domains that accept at smtp time mail to any
address (including inexistent ones). The main purpose will
be to avoid doing callouts for that domains (as they will
also say that any address exists). This one could also be
used to score higher mails comming from such domains as
lot's of spamers are abusing this kind of domains with random
localparts.
