I know of one company, in the UK, that was doing Exim consultation and 
support three or four years ago. I do not know if they still do it (or 
indeed still exist). But I can pass on their details (offlist) if this 
is of any interest.

Not that I know of. I was asked this question by a company in San Jose 
recently, so there are at least two companies in California who have 
this requirement. I have in the past given training talks on Exim while
visiting the USA, but as far as I know there has been no other training 
on your side of the pond.
