No hard condmenation there. The point, then and now - being that if you utilize other decent spam-reduction techniques, TMDA was now going to be concentrated as a barrier to the 'survivors' - the very group that already have a higher probability of NOT being spammers. IOW - your friends, business associates, potential customers. 'Diminishing returns' at best, 'concentrated intransigence' at worst. Do whatever you see fit. And no, *I* won't blacklist you.
