I know it is no excuse, I can only hope others who have been there know that in the heat of the moment you aren't always thinking about such items. Regardless, I am sorry for the excess. I made a mistake. If this had been a normal run of the mill question and not an "oh crap things are broke and people are screaming and I slept two hours last night" kind of morning this would not have happened.
