Thank you for the answer. I have been using ratelimit with per_mail
option to block sudden virus/spam mailings already, but it is not very
accurate statistics. I found Gmail counts *unique* recipients for user
per day and I think it should be much more useful for my requirements.

I'am just wondering if there is any solution for this already,
for me not to reinvent wheel.
