I had it hit ham too in situations where 'requesting the sending party
to fix their problem' wasn't as easy as it should be due to admins in a
severe state of cluon-deprevation.

It's disabled for quite a while now in my config. You could ofcourse
make it warn with some header, and use that header in SpamAssassin to
adjust the score accordingly.
