in fact this IP 209.18.64.141 is also assigned to another ethernet in that
webstarts.com system.

now I changed it to

but still mailhub.webstarts.com is showing H=(www.webstarts.com)
[209.18.64.141] in my log which is wrong & it should show something like this.
H=(www.webstarts.com) [64.106.216.46]
This may be a problem ? . How will I change it so that it gets the right IP?

Your server is webstarts.com but at some point you use
helo=www.webstarts.com?
These are headers from our php api, which get sent to yahoo and do not land
in Spam folder.
I have not compared them to yours.
