You could use user filters and a redirect filter:
domain_filter:

In user filter use smth like:
if $h_X-Spam-Status: contains "Yes,"
then
save /home/someuser/Maildir/.INBOX.spam/new/ 660
finish
endif
This works fine on my hosts.
