Could someone explain to me what these two logfile entries mean?

I suspect that the first (incoming) entry means that the sender's
machine is misconfigured. Is this a spammer?

I am in contact with the webhost admin for the second (outgoing) but he
has not been able to explain why his machine won't talk to me.

1st (incoming):
