Hi there. New to the list - just subscribed. I need some serious advice.
We're running exim4-daemon-heavy on debian, v4.63-17. Recently we've been on the receiving end of botnet attacks against exim. I want to make some changes but I don't seem to be able to make sense of the spec, of I'm simply doing things wrong. In the acl_check_rcpt ACL, I'd like to deny any incoming message that is sent to an unknown user on our domain. Now, we do virtual-exim hosting, we're running a couple of domains, each with a file called /etc/virtual/$domain. The file contains entries such as: user: [EMAIL PROTECTED] user2: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Is there any way to do this? How would I go about doing it? I've tried with "!verify = recipient", but turns out this just denies *all* mail sent to the box. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. If I supplied too little information please do let me know. -- Peet Grobler <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> www.grobler.za.net Skype: peet_grobler XMPP: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- ## List details at http://lists.exim.org/mailman/listinfo/exim-users ## Exim details at http://www.exim.org/ ## Please use the Wiki with this list - http://wiki.exim.org/
