If you're using cPanel, you should NOT create the to_be_forwarder mailbox, instead just create a new alias. Exim with cPanel is already configured to support .forward files (or /etc/valias/domain.tld aliases files) created by cPanel interface. Cheers -- Daniele Santi .o.
