Dear list, I`m using Debian 4 with exim.
The problem: I`m using a newsletter and if some mails of that don`t exist I get error messages on an on (for a long time) like the following: > -----Ursprüngliche Nachricht----- > Von: Mail Delivery System > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Gesendet: Sonntag, 18. November 2007 16:23 > An: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Betreff: Warning: message 1Irb77-0001WZ-00 delayed 144 hours > > This message was created automatically by mail delivery > software (Exim). > > A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or > more of its recipients after more than 144 hours on the queue > on ***.***-gin.igf.Uni-Osnabrueck.DE. > > The message identifier is: 1Irb77-0001WZ-00 > The subject of the message is: GiN-NEWSLETTER 04/2007 > The date of the message is: Mon, 12 Nov 2007 16:22:13 +0100 > > The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is: What can I do that I don`t get these Warning-message-delays? Or how can I make it to get them once (but not for a while of 144 hours)? Thank you very much, Kai -- GMX FreeMail: 1 GB Postfach, 5 E-Mail-Adressen, 10 Free SMS.
