We use one of their skins, and it's pretty. I'm not sure it was a wise move, though - Squirrelmail is quite customizable, but the skins are largely oblivious to the changes. We're currently not running some things, such as the IMAP ACL plugin, because we haven't had time to modify the skins to include suitable icons. We'll probably stop using it when SquirrelMail 1.5 is released.
