There's currently 193 lines of ratelimit documentation, including seven
examples. The update for the new stuff is another 70 lines, and I haven't
yet updated the main spec to describe the new features. My aim is to make
the feature very flexible and general-purpose, which probably means it
requires some creativity to use well, but then so does the rest of Exim.
