Thanks Graeme, that worked.

Doh!
Using the new exim book, the new exim spec, a new exim feature, and an 
old exim binary.

NOTE TO OTHERS: CentOS/RHEL is currently on Exim v4.63 and the new 
keywords came in at v4.64
