You know the domains you're handling, so you could create a retry rule for customer.domain rcpt_450 F,1m,1m [not tested]. Care should be taken not to be too over-zealous with this sort of thing, since there are myriad reasons why your customer's MTA returns a 450 - many of which may be unrelated to the issue at hand.
