The purpose of a bounce message is inform the sender that there has been an error so that they may change their behavior and not continue to send messages that will create the same error over and over. Perhaps instead of turning off bounce messages, you should read them or write a program to read them that will remove addresses that don't work from your list of addresses. There are a number of methods available to change the sending address to encode the recipient in it so you can tell exactly which address are rejected. -- The Exim Manual http://www.exim.org/docs.html http://www.exim.org/exim-html-current/doc/html/spec_html/index.html -- ## List details at http://lists.exim.org/mailman/listinfo/exim-users ## Exim details at http://www.exim.org/ ## Please use the Wiki with this list - http://wiki.exim.org/
