I'm building exim with sa-exim.c overwriting local_scan.c, but yes, the idea is 
to get sa-exim to work.

cat:/usr/src/exim-4.69# apt-get install libperl-dev

libperl-dev is already the newest version.

I've installed almost any perl dev library I could find, same errors.

deborphan will have lots of work when this is over :-)

I'm out of ideas.
