The good news is that I believe that, with your help, I have found the
problem. This line was generated from the command "exim -d+all -bhc
cPanelBoxIP" on the cPanel box:
"Cannot do callout: neither router nor transport provided a host
list"
The above line occurred about 50 lines following the line:
--------> virtual_aliases router <--------
The bad news is that I am new to exim and really don't know how to fix
this. Can you recommend a solution?

Have you tried "exim -d+all -bhc x.x.x.x"? What does it show?
