Which is long time ago and even before that, it was possible but not so
easy. 

BTW: Kasperskys Anti-Spam solution (http://www.kaspersky.com/anti-spam)
offers a kas_exim.c to be used for local_scan() of exim. So if you want to
use a local_scan() based software, there is an option too.
