postmaster@, hostmaster@, abuse@ where '@' may be followed with either:

- one of the hosted <domain>.<tld>

or

- one of the server's IP's as a literal

.... get just that sort of special treatment. Along with other tests to 
insure they are not garbage of another kind...

Exim can do amazingly fine-grained assessment with a 2,000+ line 
configure file...
