Hello,

I am using altermime (http://www.pldaniels.com/altermime/) to add
disclaimers to all outgoing emails.
it's working fine however when a message is sent from outlook in HTML format
and opened from outlook the footer is displayed with random equal signs '='
.

could this be fixed somehow?
in exim config file i have:
transport_filter ="/usr/bin/altermime --multipart-insert
--disclaimer-html=/usr/local/saexim/disclaimer.html
--disclaimer=/usr/local/saexim/disclaimer.txt --input=-
--force-for-bad-html"

Here is something you should probably read: http://wiki.exim.org/FAQ/Modifying_message_bodies/Q1601

Also your question is really out of topic as exim cannot directly change the contents of an email in transit, so your question would probably be better answered in altermime forums (if there are any).
