Yep, debug mode does this.  But it might be nice to be able to turn such 
logging on in specific circumstances, e.g for certain hosts, via the 
connect ACL.

Good idea.  But of course that would only show the conversation one way...

Agree.  In the vast majority of cases, the existing messages are 
sufficient, particularly if you read them carefully and sit and think what 
they mean.
