   I've moved up my router configuration and now it works.

Which will make your configuration very specific to debian. There is a

Looks good.

Routers are run in order from top to bottom. Is router3 found before
your generic remote_smtp router? Are there any other routers before this
one that might be routing the traffic before it gets to this one?
