First, I completely agree with Richard, you need to be rejecting unknown recipients and/or discard'ing (eating) unwanted messages. I believe this kind of unwanted bouncing is generally called back scatter. You might want to google that for some more ideas.
Secondly, one additional thing that might help get you off some of the BL's is to send bounce messages ( i.e. sender=: ) using a different IP address then your primary MTA's address. This way your bounce IP might get BL'ed, but your "normal" IP should still be good. But, only do this after you have fixed the first point above.
