when dealing with something like this in the your log files GOT from [209.101.223.98] (helo=mail.benefitsresource.com) by kermit.lizardhill.com with esmtp (Exim 4.62) (envelope-from <[email protected]>) id 1LzHZN-000Bga-4m; Wed, 29 Apr 2009 14:43:59 -0700 from 209.101.223.98 by smtp.kontent.com; Wed, 29 Apr 2009 14:43:45 -0800 Wed, 29 Apr 2009 14:43:45 -0800 message from "Fritz Marcum" < [email protected]> to <[email protected]> about Your tool is so tiny she scarcely finds it in bed? junk header_from "Fritz Marcum" <[email protected]> header_to <[email protected]>
Is there anyway to capture just the arrival date, time from the Received header thru .forward or is it necessary to post process the file? ie. parse it. There you see two received headers and I'm interested in only the most recent one. ie. the one that indicates when my mail server first sees a message. I'm investigating why messages appear to arrive to my account several hours after they are placed in the queue. -- ## List details at http://lists.exim.org/mailman/listinfo/exim-users ## Exim details at http://www.exim.org/ ## Please use the Wiki with this list - http://wiki.exim.org/
