You could emply ``postcat'', so some postprocessing (extract the sender:
and recipient: line(s) and feed this via formail or swaks or directly
into exim.

It's cleaner than trying to decode the postfix spoolfiles yourself and
to create the *-H and *-D file for exim yourself.
