It is good to know that more and more domain owners are using the " -all '.

+all is totally useless since it passes every email as authorized for a domain. 
 Domain users
who don't believe in SPF use it just to say they have an SPF record OR they 
have been advised
incorrectly as to the correct SPF implementation.
