Postini uses SMTP to deliver and doesn't really care about the MTA which receives the mail. "all common mail servers" which then includes a list of example MTAs. Exim will work fine. Disclaimer: my employer is strongly connected to Postini and I am not a neutral third party in this. (I do not work on any mail products for my employer; I used to, but moved jobs back in March).
