I'm sure there is not 4.69 running. I walked into this trap a few years
ago, so I checked the timestamp and tried 'exim -bV' too. BTW: The doc
says "If there are any errors in the configuration file, 'exim -bV'
outputs error messages."

The timestamp pattern seems to be interesting. It look's like a regular
basis. Maybe the queue runner.
