FWIW, you can on any debian machine run the following for almost any package: apt-get build-dep [packages] This gets you the appropriate dependencies for any package. Use it in conjunction with the source and --build options, and you'll have a nice pretty deb sitting there, if you're really worried about that. if you're totally new to debian-based administration, check out Debian-Administration: http://debian-administration.org/ -- Its a nice set of articles that occasionally help. - -- Morgan Gangwere >> Why? > Because it breaks the logical flow of conversation, plus makes messages unreadable. >>> Top-Posting is evil. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.10 (MingW32) iQIcBAEBAgAGBQJMbVcXAAoJEEURiCSotvJDNjwP/1EyWIVvu9VSc+TdXYmajiyF 8d7fMykGBx15I1ARaJHl1DtMC6Cjyw0UweiRXyfUE84W+0SNmyXZLxIi2ojMjCrG 2tMxvSUPMWvt+vF3qKSSRQMFkMNjWkCTZFOYJ5KUIOc1RKpYdmiTbiwxO8Ujm9hr 99zD86yxO6xd3jVESkLx3AF6WH4Z8GpuLaSQOQF2yhMXqpZWz4LUWsWiyhKmxznR MW31wQxMH99TcDoqtbqMcDPhk1hST51VMQFtDvCnq3dDoxT0uycVFMqJNz2w2CGb 6NkkUalyi2bd8wj9P3uFemxNoamDQTobukHK2lPFU79qCxP/kOlDcpe1quDltkuS rF/Hqu7q8XkurcZ7lCggQBxIsR8K1lCT8HvvyBm6/h/SgnU7bX9EWF3NZWGWfV5U 7UH59bEyF0YG/ZasNFrKFVOe/wHXfCCPOk8kz1rqeCyqmBMvdceo5ShSOOIQpCvl 7yvVs2rkNxM1uU4t9i038keZmrrvK0co0L8Ymgnqj11A0fHk40TzqsPuSOv9NsQv kXLaDytdxvOQqGoOAfpZOXvkMVeidNE4DcAVu0s0/+4TO7bQDAbVetIFW84N8ymv rfzThbpNDLD7GUPXskPmdg+fI2G5W79Fn0Qr8qVVt5I7C1u5Yh0sSDT8GtqSRLhF Erazn8ejV3RUFl9B0fnf =cca3 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- ## List details at http://lists.exim.org/mailman/listinfo/exim-users ## Exim details at http://www.exim.org/ ## Please use the Wiki with this list - http://wiki.exim.org/
