ACK. Confirmed in logs. That is a pretty old entry in a Local BL, but the rejection happened at acl_smtp_connect - nothing to do with SPF, DK, DKIM, HELO, or content scanning, You never got that far. But at least you had already survived rDNS check. That reinforces a possibility mentioned earlier by another poster - that a prior holder of your IP misbehaved. Such histry may not be common, but it WAS of record here.... I've just now manually cleared the block. Try again, and we'll see what snags next....
