[exim] Sequence of installation

I need to install from scratch an MTA based on Exim4.
Supposing to use:
  ClamAV
  Spamassassin
  Razor and Pyzor
  Courier Imap
  SA-exim
could you recommend me the correct sequence of installation of these 
packages?
