There are several, actually.

But a solid IMAP daemon, such as Dovecot, behind an equally-solid compiled-not-interpeted Webmail is both more abuse-resistant and more stable.

We use Exim+Dovecot+Prayer, sometimes with Perdition.

Prayer also implements its own httpd, so one doesn't need A Patchy or other 'webserver'. (Hiawatha is nice if you need one of those..)
