also people sending out have emails in the outbox that do not leave yet
get delivered multiple times.
I have commented out some black list checks which seems to have helped
but there is a still a problem.
Mxtoolbox.com show this SMTP Transaction Time 32.448 seconds - Not
good! on Transaction Time
I have exim-4.71 in a freebsd 7.1 jail things have been problem free for
years
I have rebooted the jail but not the host. What would be the best way
too debug things
