[exim] new exim install / spf rules rejecting all mail

I have a new exim4 install on Ubuntu 12.04. Any message not blocked by 
an rbl is being rejected with this message:

rejected RCPT <hherfind...@domain.com>: Please see 
http://www.openspf.org/Why


This is my first exim setup, so I am not that familiar with config files.
