We could perhaps do with renaming one of the list concepts we have here. Normal lists are "look to see if this item is somewhere in thislist"; eg, domainlist, local part lists, etc. Evaluation can be short-circuited, items can be lsearch, etc. By contrast, dkim_verify_signers returns a list to be iterated over, because an ACL is invoked for _all_ the entries, so the "use a filename as a search source" logic isn't applicable. These two concepts are confusingly similar; given "list" appears in the names of the configuration directives for the former, perhaps the second should be switched to use different terminology. Generators?
