Sorry for the offending exim4. :) my folders and config files are all
that way (Ubuntu), but I knew it was Exim, version 4.
I should have tracked the message ID before posting....
Found out the message log was not mine at all and it was making it to
the intended recipient. My test messages were not making it to the
server because my address is considered a "role address", which is not
allowed by Constant Contact. A bounce or error on their end would have
been helpful :)

The second line is an acceptance. We need to track what happens after
then.
Are there any further lines with the id "1UBB6P-00019O-V1" ?
Or any more with the IP address "[208.75.123.169]" ? Who, just for
interest,
has (probably) a very stupid HELO string.
