The more I think about it the problem lies somewhere else.
This config file I am using came from the back up of the old server that was working just fine. I just put this file in and figured it would work right out of the gate. I am running the same version of exim as before 4.80.1 just the newest version SuSe . It does not matter where I try to send the email I still get relay not permitted.

I can send from one server to the other but that is it. No outside servers..

I will post the requested info if needed, but would prefer not to if is is not needed.

those two sniplets don't reveal any problems, you need to post more. i.e.. whats inside your local domains list, where do you wanne sent it aso.
