We see a lot of that (our students are outsourced to Office365). I dug around a little bit a while back and think it's something to do with certificates or GnuTLS, but I've not had time to try and get rid of it. Seems like it doesn't affect anything though (unlike Microsoft's DNS service randomly going away every few weeks...)
