Hi Jeremy,

how do you see that this isn't the original spam-mail? Normally exim would have 
add some content to the NDR, isn't it?

This isn't the original spam mail, it is the NDR.  But the NDR is
undeliverable because the spammer faked an envelope-from.  So
after trying to deliver and finding that out, it gets frozen.
