[exim] Dumping preprocessed Exim configuration (.ifdef's expanded)

[m . a . r . c . o]

Is there a way to see the preprocessed Exim4 configuration file, with 
all
.ifdef's etc. expanded?

That would make it easy to minimize my very general and verbose Debian
configuration.
