*@catchall.com itself didn't solve the problem

nwildlsearch with *@catchall.com worked.

Any idea? Conceptually, I would like to change above to read:
   require recipients = (lsearch;/etc/exim/getAllEmail.txt) OR
(*@catchall.com)
